AfterNine is an independent online retail brand. Shopify provides the ecommerce technology, but Shopify is not the seller of our products. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly with AfterNine.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, materials, colors, sizes, dimensions, availability, and other product information accurately. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manual measurement, natural material variation, production batches, or manufacturing tolerances.
PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING
Applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional sales tax or tax-related charge will be added at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders of US$59 or more, or the equivalent amount displayed in the customer’s local currency. Orders below US$59 are charged a flat US$10 Standard Shipping fee. This rule applies equally to all supported countries and regions.
The final amount payable before payment will include the product prices and any applicable shipping charge shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, supported destinations, and additional shipping information.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible unused and unworn products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Customers may request cancellation within 1 hour after submitting an order by contacting afterninestore@outlook.com. After 1 hour, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed because the order may have entered processing, customization, production, fulfillment, or shipment.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, used, worn, opened hygiene-sensitive, personal-use, or body-worn products may have return restrictions where permitted by applicable law. These restrictions do not affect mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, materially misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Where any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to a transaction, the mandatory legal protection will prevail.
