Thank you for shopping with AfterNine. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, supported destinations, and tax treatment.
SHIPPING SUMMARY
Order processing time: Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Estimated delivery time: Standard Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of customs processing, carrier conditions, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping from: Orders are prepared and dispatched from Guangdong, China.
Shipping destinations: AfterNine currently ships to 31 supported countries listed below.
Shipping charges: Standard Shipping is free for orders of US$59 or more. Orders below US$59 are charged a flat US$10 Standard Shipping fee. This rule applies equally to all supported countries and regions.
Taxes: Applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional sales tax or tax-related charge will be added at checkout.

AfterNine currently ships to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Shipping is available only to the destinations listed above. Final availability is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING AND SHIPPING FEES
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of US$59 or more, or the equivalent amount displayed in the customer’s local currency.
Orders below US$59 are charged a flat US$10 Standard Shipping fee. The same US$59 threshold and US$10 fee apply to all supported countries and regions.
The applicable shipping charge will be shown in the cart and before payment at checkout. Promotional discounts may affect whether an order reaches the US$59 free-shipping threshold. The qualifying merchandise subtotal is calculated after applicable discounts and before shipping charges.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipping may be available for selected orders where displayed at checkout. If available, the Express Shipping fee and estimated delivery time will be shown before payment. Express Shipping does not necessarily reduce the standard 3–5 business-day processing period.
TAXES AND PRICES
Applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional sales tax or tax-related charge will be added at checkout.
The final amount payable before payment will include the product prices and any applicable Standard or Express Shipping charge shown at checkout.
Import duties, customs charges, or other fees imposed separately by a destination authority are not controlled by AfterNine unless we expressly state that they are included at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority requests a charge that was expressly stated to be included, please contact us at afterninestore@outlook.com before making payment where reasonably possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing may include payment verification, fraud or security checks, product preparation, quality checks, packaging, shipping documentation, and transfer to our shipping partner.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Processing may take longer during public holidays, promotional periods, high-volume periods, product launches, inventory disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Custom or personalized products may require additional production time. If additional production time applies, it will be stated on the product page or confirmed by email after the order is placed.
TRACKING
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will normally be sent after the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information becomes available. Tracking information may take several business days to update.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, incomplete, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly at afterninestore@outlook.com with your order number and relevant details. We may work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
ADDRESS INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.
