AfterNine is an independent online retail brand. Shopify provides the ecommerce technology, but Shopify is not the seller of our products. Purchases made through our store are transactions directly with AfterNine.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, prices, materials, colors, sizes, dimensions, availability, and other product information accurately. Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manual measurement, natural material variation, production batches, or manufacturing tolerances.
PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional sales tax or tax-related charge will be added at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders of US$59 or more, or the equivalent amount displayed in the customer’s local currency. Orders below US$59 are charged a flat US$10 Standard Shipping fee. This US$59 threshold and US$10 fee apply equally to all countries and regions supported by AfterNine.
The final amount payable before payment will include the product prices and any applicable Standard or Express Shipping charge shown at checkout. Please review our Shipping Policy for processing times, delivery estimates, supported destinations, and additional shipping information.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Submitting an order means that you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An automatic order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may reject, cancel, limit, or place an order on hold for legitimate reasons, including payment verification issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or listing errors, inventory errors, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, unusual order activity, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount due in accordance with applicable law.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Certain customized, personalized, made-to-order, used, worn, opened, hygiene-sensitive, personal-use, or body-worn products may have return restrictions where permitted by applicable law.
These restrictions do not affect mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, materially misdescribed, or non-conforming products.
Orders may begin processing shortly after submission. Please contact afterninestore@outlook.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment, dispatch, customization, or production has begun, except where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation right.

MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, or any other store policy excludes, restricts, waives, or replaces any consumer right, guarantee, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded. Where any provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to a transaction, the mandatory legal protection will prevail.
