Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive discreetly, safely, and as described. Because we sell intimate adult accessories and wearable items, returns may be limited for hygiene, safety, and resale-quality reasons.

Return Requests

To request a return, contact us at 921102883@qq.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email used to place the order, the item name, and the reason for the request.

Return Eligibility

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, eligible non-defective items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free from odor, stains, cosmetic residue, bodily contact, scratches, or signs of wear, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, components, tags, and protective materials.

Items That May Not Be Returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate-use items, opened sealed items, customized items, personalized items, damaged-after-delivery items, and items showing any sign of use may be refused where permitted by law. This does not affect rights relating to defective, incorrect, damaged, unsafe, or non-conforming products.

Return Address

Please do not send items back to the original shipping address. The return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved.

Return Shipping and Fees

For non-defective returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where permitted by law, original shipping charges and reasonable return-related costs may be deducted from the refund. If a restocking or handling fee applies, it will be disclosed during the return approval process before you send the item back.

Refund Timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment, dispatch, customization, or processing has begun. If cancellation is approved after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount due according to applicable law.
