We ship orders in discreet packaging designed to protect your privacy. Package labels use neutral sender information where reasonably possible.
Current Shipping Destinations
At this time, our checkout is configured for delivery to the United Kingdom and the United States. If a destination is not available at checkout, we are not currently able to accept orders for that destination.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated Delivery Time
United Kingdom: estimated delivery is usually 7-12 business days after dispatch.
United States: estimated delivery is usually 7-15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, incorrect address information, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
United Kingdom: standard shipping is currently included in the product price unless a different shipping charge is shown at checkout.
United States: standard shipping is free on orders over $59 USD. Orders below $59 USD may be charged $10 USD for standard shipping at checkout.
The final shipping charge, if any, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes
Taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, import charges, or local fees may apply depending on your destination and order details. These charges may be shown at checkout where applicable or may be charged by local authorities, carriers, or customs agencies. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, returned, refused, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at 921102883@qq.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help determine the next step.
